My name is Ethan Gendron, and my philosophy is simple: any goal is possible with the right plan. My objective is to change the way you think about personal training. Instead of a seemingly random sequence of exercises, personal training should be a long-term, transformative process. With Session 41, no exercise, set, or repetition count is arbitrary. Every plan is tailored because everyone is different.

Health and fitness are larger than a single billable hour, which is why all clients receive a complimentary long-term training plan outlining how sessions fit into the bigger picture. I take a holistic approach to personal training, balancing strength, mobility, and cardio. Not everyone will consider themselves an athlete, but everyone should train like one.

Personally, Fitness has always been as much a mental journey as a physical one. As a Level 2 W.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer, Spinning Instructor, and IRONMAN Triathlete, I challenge you to rethink your limits. My defining principle is bridging theory with practicality to give you the best practices to reach your goals.
